Job Summary

• Our team needs a Finger Food Specialist who will be responsible for preparing, presenting, and sometimes designing a variety of bite-sized foods served at events, restaurants, or for private clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide range of finger foods such as samosas, spring rolls, puff-puff, buns, meat pies, mosa, and canapés
• Ensure consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety
• Plan menus based on client needs, event type, and budget
• Manage food preparation timelines, especially for large events
• Source and select quality ingredients
• Package and present food attractively for delivery or service
• Monitor inventory and minimize waste
• Experiment with new recipes and modern twists on traditional snacks

Skills & Requirements

• Strong cooking and frying/baking skills
• Creativity in presentation and menu design
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Time management and ability to work under pressure
• Attention to detail
• Basic business or customer service skills (especially for vendors).

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 per month.
