We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head, Membership & Experience 

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a commercially minded, highly organised, and emotionally intelligent professional to manage our members’ experience, with a strong understanding of what makes a private members’ club truly distinct.
  • Experience in premium client service, relationship management, or banking sales would be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Membership Acquisition and revenue growth
  • Membership Experience & concierge operations
  • Events & programming
  • Membership communication & marketing support
  • Administration and reporting.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional experience in hospitality, luxury hospitality, private clubs, premium lifestyle brands, or banking sales/relationship management.
  • A demonstrated track record in membership sales, client acquisition, commercial growth, or high-value relationship sales.
  • Experience coordinating events or curated member experiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort with CRM tools.
