We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Web Engineer (React)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled Web Engineer (React) with strong experience in security, asset management, and fintech to join our team on a 3-month renewable contract.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for building secure dashboards for portfolio management, trading operations, and investor reporting while ensuring high standards of security, scalability, and performance.

Requirements
Security & Workflow Controls:

• Experience implementing maker-checker workflows (initiation and authorization processes).
• Strong understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Experience building transaction approval queues and workflow systems.
• Ability to develop audit trail visualization features.
• Knowledge of JWT authentication, secure token storage, and prevention of XSS/CSRF vulnerabilities.

Domain Experience (Fintech & Asset Management):

• Experience working on portfolio management, trading interfaces, or fund management platforms.
• Strong understanding of P&L reporting, asset classes, and transaction lifecycle management.

Required Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in React (Hooks, Context API, and state management libraries such as Redux or Zustand).
• Experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and WebSockets integration.
• Proficiency with Git and unit testing frameworks such as Jest.

Additional Skills & Tools:

• Experience with charting libraries such as Recharts or Highcharts.
• Familiarity with design systems and UI frameworks such as MUI or Tailwind CSS.
• Knowledge of Nigerian fintech regulations is an added advantage.

Salary
N400,000 per month.
