Job Summary

  • We are seeking smart, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented graduates to join our team as Graduate Trainee Customer Engagement Executives.
  • The successful candidates will be responsible for engaging customers, promoting products and services, supporting customer satisfaction initiatives, and building strong client relationships.
  • This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to build a career in customer service, sales, business development, or relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage customers professionally through calls, visits, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Promote the company’s products and services to prospective and existing customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product or service information.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Support customer onboarding and account activation processes.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Assist in executing customer engagement and marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain proper customer records and activity reports.
  • Escalate customer complaints or complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Meet assigned customer engagement and sales targets.
  • Participate in training and development programs organized by the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any discipline.
  • NYSC completion certificate or exemption certificate is required.
  • 0–2 years experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or related fields is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management abilities.
  • Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
