• We are looking to recruit a Social Media Manager to manage our social media platforms including tiktok, Instagram and Facebook pages.

Job Description

• We are seeking a Social Media Analyst / Manager to monitor, analyze, and manage online presence across major social platforms.
• The role focuses on tracking conversations, identifying trends, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making and online engagement.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing customer preferences, business trends and competitor marketing strategies
• Developing online marketing campaigns and strategies to reach the target audience
• Designing visual campaign elements
• Writing copy for social media posts, online advertisements, etc.
• Capturing and editing video for marketing campaigns
• Optimizing marketing materials for search engines and social media algorithms
• Monitoring trends in social media and digital marketing
• Using data analytics to track progress and refine marketing materials.

Key Requirements / Expertise

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their ecosystems
• Experience in social media monitoring, analytics, or digital communications
• Ability to identify trends, patterns, and shifts in online discourse
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and reporting dashboards
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent written communication and reporting ability
• Graphic design is a plus.
