Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and analytical Data Analyst to support business decision-making through data collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights that support operational efficiency, business growth, and strategic planning.
• The successful candidate should possess strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and experience working with data visualization and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business decisions.
• Interpret trends, patterns, and insights from data analysis.
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular performance reports.
• Support departments with data-driven recommendations.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across systems.
• Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis.
• Collaborate with teams to understand reporting and analysis requirements.
• Prepare presentations and summaries for management review.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of organizational data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Tableau, or similar tools is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and reporting skills.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively.
