Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and proactive Junior Mechanical Technician to support maintenance operations within a manufacturing environment.
• The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical equipment to ensure smooth production operations and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment
• Support troubleshooting and repair of machines during breakdowns
• Monitor equipment performance and report faults promptly
• Assist with installation and servicing of mechanical systems and components
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment
• Support shutdown and maintenance activities when required
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
• Adhere to workplace safety and operational procedures

Requirements

• OND / HND in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline with 2-3 years experience
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good problem-solving and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 / Month (Gross)
