Job Title: Human Resource Business Partner

Job Summary

• We are looking for a strong proactive and business-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals
• Drive employee engagement, performance management, and talent development initiatives
• Support workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning
• Provide guidance on employee relations and disciplinary matters
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making
• Champion company culture and change management initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to attract and retain top talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4–7 years of strong HR experience, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in an HRBP or strategic HR role
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour law and HR best practices
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and influence across all levels of the organization.

Salary
N500,000 - N700,000 per month.
