Job Title: Head, Corporate Finance

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• As the Head, Corporate Finance, you will lead the Corporate Finance & Advisory function, driving transaction execution, client acquisition, and revenue growth while managing high-value financial deals and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporates, investors, regulators, and key stakeholders
• Identify and execute opportunities in M&A, capital raising, restructuring, and project finance
• Lead proposal development, client pitches, and transaction negotiations
• Drive revenue generation and profitability of the corporate finance unit
• Provide strategic financial advisory and oversee deal execution end-to-end

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CFA, or CIS is mandatory
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage
• Minimum of 7 years experience in corporate finance, transaction advisory, or investment banking
• Strong expertise in financial modelling, deal structuring, and stakeholder management.

Salary
NGN 1,800,000 – 2,500,000 Monthly
