Job Summary

• We are looking to hire an experienced sales and marketing executive to help drive company sales in real estate, Hospitality and Logistics business.
• In this position, you will be involved in developing marketing and sales strategies, implementing marketing plans to achieve sales target, maintaining customer relations, and creating sales reports.
• To ensure success as a sales and marketing executive, you should have strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques, a passion for sales, and excellent communication skills and shortlet and hospitality business

Responsibilities

• Conducting market research to have proper understanding of the market and target audience.
• Designing and implementing marketing strategies / plans to achieve sales target.
• Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
• Maintaining good customer relationship management.
• Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
• Creating and presenting sales performance reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience as a sales and marketing executive.
• Excellent Knowledge of the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
• High-level communication and networking skills.
• A passion for sales.
• Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
• Good project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary
N50,000 - N100,000 / month.
