Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Summary

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team.
  • This individual will provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, managers, and team members, contributing to the overall success of our organisation

Responsibilities

  • Handle all pre-sales enquiries from multiple channels, including email and Instagram
  • Handle business telephone lines (SMS, Calls, WhatsApp) and respond to customer requests in a timely, professional, and helpful manner
  • Efficiently route sales enquiries to the sales team
  • Manage communication between different stakeholders, i.e. customers, internal team, contractors
  • Ensure proper closeout of each learning session, e.g. report collation, sales cycle management
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of leads and orders
  • Perform other clerical duties such as organising meetings, scheduling appointments, managing company equipment/resources, etc.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role is compulsory
  • Good use of Office suite applications (e.g. word processing, spreadsheets, presentations)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks is compulsory
  • Time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Solid experience with digital media applications
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
