Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Group Managing Director

Description
- We are seeking a highly intelligent, proactive, and experienced professional to fill the position of Personal Assistant to the Group Managing Director (GMD).
- This role requires a confident individual who can operate in a fast-paced executive environment and provide high-level administrative and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the GMD
- Manage the GMD’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence
- Coordinate communication between the GMD and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
- Track and follow up on key tasks and executive directives
- Support preparation of board and management meetings.
Requirements
- Academic Qualification: Minimum of an HND / BSc in relevant fields
- Strong academic background
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant at senior management level
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Smart, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
- Male Prefered.
