Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive, disciplined, and dependable professional who can take ownership, lead teams effectively, and contribute to the continued growth and success of TheShowroom.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily running of the company across all key functions, including operations, sales, administration, team supervision, and business development.
• This role requires a strong leader with commercial awareness, operational discipline, and the ability to drive performance across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day business operations across all departments
• Supervise showroom, warehouse, logistics, sales, and administrative functions
• Drive sales performance and support revenue growth
• Ensure efficient systems, processes, and staff accountability
• Monitor business performance and prepare management reports
• Maintain high standards of customer service and brand professionalism
• Identify opportunities for business growth and operational improvement
• Support management in executing strategic and commercial objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in a senior management role
• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Sound knowledge of operations, sales, administration, and team management
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to drive results
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Experience in retail, furniture, interior design, or a related industry is an advantage.

Salary
N600,000 - N700,000 (based on experience) monthly.
