Job Summary
- The Store Officer will be responsible for managing the receipt, storage, issuance, and documentation of spare parts within the company’s warehouse.
- The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic computer proficiency to ensure accurate inventory records and efficient store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming spare parts and materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records using computer systems.
- Issue spare parts to relevant departments while ensuring proper documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure proper arrangement, labeling, and safe storage of items.
- Conduct routine stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store area.
- Support compliance with company safety and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory, or warehouse operations.
- Basic computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and inventory documentation.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
