Job Title: Electrical Technician

Location: Agbara, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Electrical Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems, equipment, and machinery within the facility.
• The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, hands-on maintenance experience, and the ability to ensure minimal downtime in operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and production equipment.
• Diagnosing electrical faults and resolving issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Installing, testing, and commissioning electrical components and machinery.
• Monitoring electrical panels, motors, control systems, and power distribution systems.
• Reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and electrical regulations at all times.
• Assisting in troubleshooting automation and control-related issues.
• Maintaining accurate maintenance records and reporting faults promptly.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance department.

Requirements

• OND, HND, or Trade Test certification in Electrical Engineering or related fields
• 1 - 3 years of experience as an Electrical Technician in manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial environments.
• Good understanding of electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
• Ability to use electrical testing and diagnostic tools effectively.
• Knowledge of industrial safety standards and preventive maintenance practices.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
