We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations, Client & Creative Coordinator

Location: Lagos, (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary 

  • They are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and creative professional to support business operations, client engagement, sales coordination, and marketing execution.
  • The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple responsibilities while ensuring smooth daily operations and strong brand delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Administration:

  • Coordinate daily business activities and internal communications
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and business documents
  • Maintain organized records and operational processes.

Client Relations:

  • Respond to client inquiries and follow-ups
  • Support client onboarding and relationship management
  • Track and maintain customer interaction records.

Sales Support:

  • Assist with pricing and product listings
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors
  • Track orders and support sales processes.

Marketing & Creative Support:

  • Create captions and product descriptions for marketing campaigns
  • Support social media execution and digital marketing activities
  • Provide creative direction for flyers, ads, and promotional materials
  • Use Canva or collaborate with designers to maintain brand consistency.

Team Coordination:

  • Liaise with team members and vendors
  • Track tasks and ensure timely execution of projects.

Requirements

  • Experience in operations, administration, sales support, or client-facing roles
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Familiarity with social media and digital marketing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in tech retail or e-commerce
  • Canva or basic graphic design skills
  • Knowledge of pricing or inventory coordination.
