About the Role

• We are seeking a visionary Founding CTO with deep expertise in distributed systems and telecom-grade networking.
• This leader will define the technical direction, architecture, and scalability strategy for our next-generation edge networking platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the overall system architecture for distributed, real-time networking.
• Select and standardize protocols, infrastructure models, and routing logic.
• Drive scalability engineering decisions to support millions of concurrent connections.
• Oversee technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Build and mentor a world-class engineering team.
• Collaborate with product leadership to translate vision into technical execution.

Profile & Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Master's Degree with 10-15 years experience. 
• Distributed systems design and implementation.
• Mesh networking and telecom architecture.
• Edge computing and real-time systems.
• Scalability engineering for high-throughput environments.

Ideal Background:

• Leadership roles in telecom infrastructure or SD-WAN companies.
• Experience in cloud networking or edge computing startups.
• Proven track record of building resilient, scalable platforms.
