Overview
- AP3 Advisory is seeking to engage an experienced Website Development Consultant to design, develop, and deploy a modern, high-quality corporate website that reflects the firm’s positioning, expertise, and impact across infrastructure advisory, project development, and transaction advisory services.
- The website will serve as a strategic communications and business development platform, clearly showcasing AP3’s capabilities, transactions, sector expertise, thought leadership, and institutional credibility to clients, partners, investors, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Objectives of the Engagement:
The objective of this engagement is to develop a professional, responsive, secure, and scalable website that will:
- Strengthen AP3 Advisory’s digital presence and brand positioning.
- Clearly communicate AP3’s service offerings, expertise, and impact.
- Showcase transactions, projects, and sector experience effectively.
- Provide a modern and intuitive user experience.
- Enable easy backend content management by internal staff.
- Support future scalability and integration needs.
Scope of Services:
Planning Phase:
The Consultant will:
- Conduct an inception session with the AP3 team.
- Review existing brand assets and content materials.
- Understand AP3’s business model, audience, and communication objectives.
- Develop a proposed site architecture/sitemap.
- Recommend a suitable technology stack and CMS platform.
- Develop a project workplan with milestones and timelines.
UI/UX Design:
The Consultant will:
- Develop a clean, modern, and corporate website design aligned with AP3’s brand identity.
- Produce wireframes and/or mockups for review and approval.
- Ensure intuitive navigation and user experience.
- Optimize the design for desktop and mobile responsiveness.
- Ensure accessibility and readability standards are considered.
The visual direction should reflect:
- Professionalism
- Institutional credibility
- Modern infrastructure and investment advisory positioning
- Clean and minimal corporate aesthetics
Website Development:
The Consultant shall develop a fully functional website including, at minimum, the following sections:
Core Pages:
- Home
- About AP3
- Services
- Sectors
- Transactions/Projects
- Insights/News
- Careers
- Contact Page
Additional Functional Sections:
- Leadership/Team Profiles
- Featured Projects/Transaction Highlights
- Downloadable Publications or Reports
- Inquiry/Contact Forms
- Social Media Integration
- Search Functionality
- Newsletter Subscription Integration (if applicable)
Technical Requirements
The website must:
- Be fully responsive across devices and browsers.
- Be optimized for speed and performance.
- Include SEO-friendly architecture and metadata setup.
- Include basic security configurations and protections.
- Include analytics integration (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Be developed on a user-friendly CMS platform that enables internal content updates.
- Include SSL/security compatibility.
- Follow modern web development standards and best practices.
Preferred platforms include:
- WordPress
- Webflow
- Other modern CMS solutions as appropriate
Deliverables
Design Deliverables:
- Approved sitemap
- Wireframes/mockups
- Final UI/UX design
Development Deliverables:
- Fully functional live website
- Mobile-responsive version
- CMS/backend access
- Source files and documentation
- Integrated forms and functionalities
- SEO setup and optimization basics
- Website testing and quality assurance completion
Handover Deliverables:
- Website administrator training session
- User guide/basic documentation
- Minimum 30-day post-launch support period for bug fixes and minor adjustments
Timeline:
- The assignment is expected to be completed within approximately eight (8) weeks from contract commencement.
- The Consultant shall submit a detailed implementation timeline as part of the proposal.
Consultant Qualifications
Interested Consultants should demonstrate:
- Proven experience delivering high-quality corporate websites.
- Strong portfolio of similar assignments, preferably for consulting, advisory, finance, infrastructure, development, or professional services firms.
- Strong UI/UX capabilities.
- Experience with CMS platforms and responsive web development.
- Understanding of SEO and website optimization best practices.
- Strong communication and project management capabilities.
- Ability to deliver within agreed timelines.
Proposal Submission Requirements
Interested Consultants should submit:

Reporting & Coordination:
- The Consultant will work closely with the AP3 Advisory team and report to the designated project focal point throughout the assignment.
Intellectual Property:
- All designs, source files, website content, and related materials developed under this assignment shall become the property of AP3 Advisory upon completion and final payment.
Confidentiality:
- The Consultant shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information and materials shared during the assignment.
