Job Description
- We are seeking to employ Chief Operations Officer to oversee the management and running of the facility.
Job Responsibilities
- Strategic & Operational Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve organizational goals and long-term sustainability.
- Clinic/Facility Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient delivery of clinical and wellness programs inclusive of managing the medical staff, psychologist & Therapist
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and risk management protocols.
- Financial & Performance Metrics: Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and use analytics to optimize operational efficiency.
- Commercial Growth: Seek business opportunities by marketing & pitching facility services to companies, schools, potential and prospective patients that needs wellness & therapy programme.
- Patient Experience: Improve patient/client experience through high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
- A Degree in Clinical Psychology, Health Care Administration or any related discipline with at least 5 years previous experience in managing a Health & Wellness Centre.
