Job Title: Chiller Technician

Location: Sagamu Interchange, Ogun

Job Summary

• The Chiller Technician is repsonsible for our HVAC ,maintaining, and repairing large commercial/industrial water-cooled and air-cooled chiller systems.
• To diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant issues anmaximize system efficiency, minimize downtime, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. 

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Inspection: Perform routine preventative maintenance, such as checking fluid levels, cleaning components, testing for leaks, and replacing parts.
• Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and repair complex malfunctions in chillers, compressors, condensers, pumps, and cooling towers.
• Installation & Commissioning: Install new chiller units and associated equipment according to technical specs.
• Safety & Compliance: Handle refrigerants safely and ensure compliance safety standards and environmental regulations.
• System Optimization: Monitor performance, calibrate controls, and suggest improvements to enhance energy efficiency.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate service records, repair logs, and documentation for all maintenance activities.
