About the Role

• We are hiring a hands-on Network Systems Engineer to design and implement the networking layer of our platform.
• This role is critical to enabling resilient, low-latency mesh connectivity across heterogeneous devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and optimize the networking layer for mesh and wireless systems.
• Implement device discovery and peer-to-peer communication protocols.
• Optimize TCP/IP and UDP performance for real-time traffic.
• Ensure connectivity resilience across WiFi Direct, LTE, and 5G networks.
• Continuously improve latency and throughput across diverse environments.

Core Skills:

• WiFi Direct and peer-to-peer networking.
• TCP/IP stack and UDP optimization.
• Deep knowledge of network protocols.
• LTE/5G fundamentals and integration.
• Mesh networking systems and resilience engineering.

Ideal Background:

• Strong background in wireless networking and protocol engineering.
• Experience building mesh systems in consumer or enterprise contexts.
• Ability to work closely with distributed systems architects and AI engineers.
