About the Role

• We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Laundry Officer to manage and oversee all laundry operations within our organization.
• The ideal candidate will ensure that all linens, uniforms, and fabrics are cleaned, shinning of all company’s assets like Catering Coolers, Chaffing Dishes, set of cutleries and dishes etc are cordially maintained, arranged in the store and handled in accordance with hygiene and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain laundry equipment (washing machines, dryers, pressing irons, etc.).
• Sort, wash, dry, and press linens, uniforms, and other fabrics.
• Washing, cleaning of catering coolers, assets and shine them in sunlight where applicable, also storing them for safety.
• Ensure proper use of detergents and chemicals in line with safety standards.
• Inspect laundered items and report any damages or replacements needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.
• Keep accurate records of laundry inventory and usage.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene policies.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification.
• Proven experience in a similar role within hospitality or corporate settings is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of fabric care and laundry procedures.
• Skilled Knowledge to paying attention to details.
• Ability to operate laundry machines efficiently.
• Strong attention to details and organizational skills.
• Good physical stamina and ability to handle manual tasks.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Remuneration

• Salary Range: N70,000 - N100,000 / month.
• Other benefits in line with company policy.
