We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Inventory Officer (Female)

Location: Chevron Drive, Lekki - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilties

• The Inventory Officer is responsible for overseeing and managing the organization’s inventory levels, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and maintaining optimal stock levels to support operational needs.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials.
• Issue and dispatch items as required by departments.
• Conduct regular stock counts (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Reconcile physical stock with inventory records.
• Identify shortages, excess stock, or discrepancies.
• Prepare inventory reports for management.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of goods.
• Coordinate with procurement and suppliers for stock replenishment.
• Maintain proper documentation (invoices, delivery notes, stock cards).
• Implement inventory control procedures and systems.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s / Master`s Degree with 2 - 5 years experience.
