Job Title: Senior Public Relations (PR) Account Manager

Job Summary

• We are seeking a talented Senior PR Account Manager to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will bring leadership, creativity, and hands-on experience in managing client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Developing industry, sector and product focused PR campaigns.
• Managing end-to-end needs of the client and their accounts.
• Demonstrate strategic thinking and project management skills.
• Spearheading both traditional PR and social media projects.
• Actively drive plan execution and oversee/collaborate with junior team members to ensure all client initiatives are carried out effectively and efficiently.
• Coordinate and manage PR events, product launches and press conferences.
• Oversee logistics, media attendance and post event coverage.
• Providing strategic counsel to clients to aid their PR and wider marketing campaigns.
• Drafting press releases, brand stories and other PR related written materials for clients.
• Building client relationships and maintaining a network of media contacts including journalists and industry spokespeople.
• Serve as a key contact for client service, providing strategic counsel in collaboration with
• company leadership.
• Developing news angles, stories and pitches to further the client’s profile, products and services.
• Building and fostering strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Fulfilling the client’s key performance indicators and growing accounts.
• Analyzing PR coverage and providing written reports.
• Communicating effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• Research and keeping up with industry trends and best practices to remain competitive.

Requirements

• A degree in related fields.
• 5–9 years’ proven experience in PR, branding & communications, or media relations.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts.
• PR agency experience is required.
• Strong leadership, presentation, and client management skills.
