Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Digital Marketing & Web Manager to lead our online presence and digital performance.

Job Description

• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
• Monitor website analytics using tools such as Google Analytics to assess traffic patterns and user behaviour.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design landing pages that enhance user experience and conversion rates.
• Stay updated on industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive in the digital landscape.
• Maintain and update company websites (frontend and/or backend), ensuring performance, security, and UX optimization.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing or website management roles with a strong understanding of various e-commerce platforms.
• Proficiency in ZOHO inventory Management system
• Proficiency in SEO techniques, SEM strategies, and email marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
• CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Understanding how to use CRM systems to manage customer data and interactions.
• Experience with website management tools (e.g., WordPress) and familiarity with HTML/CSS, JavaScript.
• Proven experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and Facebook Business Manager.

Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 per month (based on experience).
