Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective customers through field marketing, referrals, and direct sales activities.
  • Promote company products and services to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Support business development and market expansion initiatives.
  • Meet assigned sales and performance targets.
  • Conduct market surveys and gather customer feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries professionally.
  • Participate in sales training, coaching sessions, and team meetings.
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
