Job Summary
- The ideal candidate will support commercial operations, manage client relationships, and drive business growth within a structured call center environment.
- The Call Center Commercial will be responsible for managing client accounts, supporting sales activities, ensuring service delivery efficiency, and maintaining strong commercial relationships to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain client accounts and relationships
- Support business development and sales initiatives
- Prepare reports, presentations, and commercial documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service delivery excellence
- Monitor customer satisfaction and operational performance
- Track KPIs and support revenue growth objectives
- Maintain accurate business and client records.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a call center or commercial role
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proven strong performance in previous roles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong reporting and analytical skills.
Compensation
N300,000 monthly.
