Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Summary
- As the Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls, engaging prospective customers, and promoting the organization’s educational and IT solutions to achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on sales leads
- Promote and sell educational and IT products/services to individuals and organizations
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve complaints professionally
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining accurate sales records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field with 1–3years of experience in telesales, customer service, or related role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an added advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets effectively.
Salary
NGN100,000 – NGN220,000 Monthly.
