Program Summary

  • We are seeking smart, energetic, and goal-driven young professionals to join our Young Talent Program in Agency Banking.
  • The program is designed to develop entry-level talents into high-performing sales and customer engagement professionals within the banking and financial services sector.
  • Successful candidates will support customer acquisition, POS terminal deployment, agent onboarding, relationship management, and business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new agency banking agents and merchants.
  • Promote and market agency banking products and services to prospective customers.
  • Support POS terminal deployment, activation, and usage monitoring.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and customers.
  • Educate customers on banking products, digital channels, and transaction processes.
  • Monitor agent activities and ensure compliance with operational guidelines.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
  • Achieve assigned sales and transaction volume targets.
  • Conduct field visits and market activations to drive business growth.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • 0 - 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or banking operations is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Good negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of agency banking or financial services is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and digital applications.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned locations.
