Job Title: Head of Marketing & Sales / Business Development 

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a dynamic and growth-focused professional to lead our sales and marketing efforts, drive revenue growth, and manage strategic business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Lead and coordinate sales and marketing teams
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships and client relationships
  • Monitor sales pipeline, conversion rates, and marketing ROI
  • Oversee CRM systems and sales performance tracking
  • Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 4–7 years experience in sales/business development
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems
  • Experience in real estate, construction, or project-based industries is an advantage
  • Proven experience managing sales teams or channel partners

Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 per month.
