Job Summary
- As customer traffic continues to grow,we are looking for a competent, motivated, and experienced Store Manager / Supervisor to lead our supermarket team, oversee day-to-day operations, and deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
As our Store Manager / Supervisor, you will:
- Oversee all supermarket operations, from opening to closing
- Lead, train, and supervise staff to maintain high performance
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate with inventory team, and ensure timely restocking
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shopping environment
- Implement sales strategies and meet daily/weekly targets
- Handle customer escalations and ensure satisfaction
- Prepare daily/weekly reports for management
- Enforce company policies, health & safety, and operational standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 2 – 3 years proven experienceas a Store Manager, Supervisor, or Team Lead (supermarket or retail experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly
- Must be honest, reliable, and committed to delivering great customer experiences
- Must be resident in Ikorodu or willing to relocate.
