Job Title: Spesa Food Eatery Manager
Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- The Eatery Manager will be responsible for supervising daily operations, managing staff, ensuring food quality standards, controlling costs, and driving sales performance.
- The ideal candidate must be organized, proactive, and experienced in managing a busy food business.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily eatery operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Supervise kitchen staff, servers, and support team members
- Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene
- Monitor portion control and reduce food wastage
- Track daily sales, expenses, and profitability
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for management
- Manage inventory, food supplies, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Develop strategies to increase sales and improve operational efficiency
- Enforce discipline, punctuality, and teamwork among staff
Requirements & Qualifications
- HND / B.Sc. in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience managing a restaurant, eatery, or food service business
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good understanding of food costing, inventory control, and sales reporting
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- Must reside in Ikorodu or nearby areas
