Our range of Services covers complimentary Offshore Support Vessel Services, Maritime Security, Logistics, Energy and Engineering Services.

Job Title: Finance Specialist

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

• A reputable organization is seeking to recruit a highly skilled and resourceful Finance & Funding Specialist with proven expertise in accessing credit facilities, grants, and funding opportunities from financial institutions and development agencies.

Key Responsibilties

• Identify, apply for, and secure loans, grants, and funding opportunities from banks and financial institutions
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with NEXIM, AFREXIMBANK, Bank of Industry (BOI), NIMASA-CVFF, NCDMB, and similar funding agencies
• Develop compelling funding proposals and business cases for facility applications
• Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for credit facilities
• Monitor and ensure compliance with funding requirements and covenants
• Track and leverage funding opportunities aligned with organizational objectives
• Prepare financial reports and documentation required by funding institutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 10 years' experience of atleast 5 years in corporate finance, particularly in facility structuring and fundraising
• Proven track record of successfully accessing loans, grants, and facilities from banks and development finance institutions
• Strong existing relationships with NEXIM, AFREXIMBANK, BOI, NCDMB, and commercial banks
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of Nigerian financial regulatory environment
• Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
