Summary

• The Loan Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying and onboarding customers for loan products, particularly within markets and small business environments.
• This is a field-based role that involves daily customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Approach and engage potential customers in markets and business areas
• Educate customers on available loan products and their benefits
• Assist customers with loan applications and onboarding processes
• Meet daily and weekly loan disbursement targets.

Requirements

• No prior experience required (training will be provided)
• Must be comfortable working in the field (markets, shops, and business areas)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must reside in Oyo State.
