Job Title: Sales Manager (Real Estate)

Location: Jabi, Abuja (FCT)

Description

  • We are seeking a high-performing, sophisticated, and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales division.
  • This role is designed for a professional who combines sharp business acumen with a commanding presence and a proven track record of closing high-value transactions.
  • In this position, you will be the face of our premium property portfolio, responsible for driving revenue and maintaining the elite standards of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue: Meet and exceed ambitious monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic lead conversion.
  • Relationship Management: Build and sustain high-level relationships with HNIs (High-Net-Worth Individuals) and corporate investors.
  • Market Leadership: Conduct rigorous market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Brand Representation: Act as a polished ambassador for the firm, ensuring every client interaction reflects excellence and professionalism.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee the full sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting and site inspections to final closing and after-sales support.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professionalism: Exceptional grooming, poise, and interpersonal skills. We are looking for a candidate who understands the importance of first impressions in the luxury market.
  • Intelligence: A sharp, analytical mind with the ability to negotiate complex deals and communicate value propositions clearly.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of demonstrable success in real estate sales or high-end luxury retail.
  • Drive: A "closer" mindset. You must be self-motivated, resilient, and relentlessly focused on hitting targets.
