Job Title: Social Media Manager / Content Creator

Job Summary

• We are seeking a high-caliber Social Media Manager & Content Creator who understands that in the digital world, image is everything. We aren’t looking for a behind-the-scenes poster; we want a dynamic, polished professional who can serve as a brand ambassador while masterminding our digital growth.
• The ideal candidate must be aesthetically savvy, intellectually sharp, and fiercely result-driven.
• You will be responsible for crafting a premium digital identity that converts followers into loyal clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Visual Strategy & Execution: Curate a high-end, cohesive aesthetic across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook).
• Content Production: Script, film, and edit high-quality videos (Reels/TikToks) and design sophisticated graphics that align with a luxury brand identity.
• Engagement & Conversion: Manage community interactions with poise and speed, turning inquiries into actionable leads.
• Trend Mastery: Identify and pivot on emerging digital trends before they become mainstream, ensuring the brand remains a thought leader.
• Analytics & Reporting: Provide strict weekly reports on growth, reach, and conversion metrics. We value data over "likes".

Strict Candidate Requirements

• Exemplary Presence: You must be highly photogenic and professional in appearance. You will frequently be the face of the brand in video content and live sessions.
• Proven Track Record: At least 3–5 years of experience managing social media for premium brands or high-profile corporate entities.
• Technical Mastery: Expert-level skills in CapCut, Canva/Adobe Suite, and social media management tools.
• Strategic Writing: The ability to write high-converting, sophisticated copy—no clichés, no typos, only professional storytelling.
• Result-Oriented Mindset: We are looking for growth, not just "posting." You must be obsessed with hitting engagement and follower conversion targets.

Salary
N200,000 per month.
