Job Summary

  • This program is designed to develop young talents into high-performing sales and business development professionals through structured training, field engagement, mentorship, and practical sales experience.
  • Successful candidates will gain hands-on exposure to customer acquisition, relationship management, market expansion, and revenue generation while building a rewarding career in sales.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new customers through direct marketing and sales activities.
  • Promote the company’s products and services to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Meet assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking activities.
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports.
  • Attend training sessions, coaching, and development programs organized by management.
  • Maintain professionalism and represent the company positively at all times.
  • Support marketing campaigns and business growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any discipline.
  • 0–1yearof work experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales-driven mindset with willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Good negotiation and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is an added advantage.
  • Must be proactive, confident, and self-motivated.
