Job Summary

• We are seeking smart, trainable, and goal-oriented individuals to join our organization as Management Trainees.
• The successful candidates will undergo structured training across various departments to develop leadership, communication, business, and operational skills required for career growth within the organization.
• Management Trainees will learn company processes, assist senior staff, support business operations, and participate in projects aimed at improving organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in intensive training and orientation programs.
• Learn company operations, policies, and business procedures.
• Assist different departments with daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Support customer relationship and client engagement activities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation when required.
• Attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
• Conduct market research and data gathering.
• Work with team leaders on assigned projects and targets.
• Develop problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Maintain professionalism and represent the organization positively.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments.
• Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational and teamwork abilities.
• Must be goal-driven, disciplined, and self-motivated.
• Previous experience is not compulsory as adequate training will be provided.
