Job Title: Nursery Teacher (Montessori)

Job Summary
- We are seeking a warm, patient, and dedicated Montessori Nursery Teacher to nurture and support the early development of our pupils in a structured and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver teaching activities in line with approved Montessori schemes, lesson plans, and school policies
- Monitor pupils’ learning and provide feedback to improve teaching effectiveness
- Identify pupils with additional learning needs and collaborate with the Remedial Teacher to provide support
- Maintain a well-managed, disciplined, and positive classroom environment
- Provide pastoral care and support the overall development of each child
- Assess and grade pupils’ work, including tests and classroom activities
- Track and report on individual pupil progress and achievements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents through regular communication
Requirements
- Qualification in Montessori Education or Early Childhood Education from a recognised higher institution.
- Diploma in Montessori from a certified and approved center (or willingness to commence the programme)
- Experience working with nursery-aged children
- Child-friendly, patient, and nurturing personality
- Strong oral and written communication skills with good diction
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
