Job Title: People & Culture Specialist

Summary
- This role is responsible for ensuring that the Company has the right mix of talent that are effectively deployed,
- managed, rewarded and engaged in a cost-effective and sustainable manner.
- To support the creation of a distinctive organization culture and employer brand and facilitate its adoption and promotion by employees.
Responsibilities
- Handles end to end recruitment of talents (conducting interviews and assessment)
- Review and update all job descriptions based on business needs and evolving roles and jobs
- Informal Engagement of employees each quarter and communicate report to Management
- Organize quarterly town hall meetings with quality and effective outcomes and submit report to Management
- Work with B & C to Conduct quarterly employee satisfaction surveys and submit report to Management
- Monthly evaluation of information gotten from the employee suggestion box and share repot with Management
- Provide required staff work tools in a timely manner (laptops, ID cards, complimentary cards, CUG line)
- Ensure all performance appraisals are done and closed within the right timeframe
- HMO Management – registration of new staff, premium payment, attending to staff HMO issues
- Pension Management - RSA registration for Full staff without pension account and advice finance on staff pension details
- Staff exit clearance - Clear all exiting staff and process final entitlement pay.
- Manage all staff leave and ensure challenged through the appropriate medium
- Process staff welfare request and benefits (loan request, salary advance request, wedding benefit, child dedication request, examination reimbursement, etc)
- Staff Onboarding – Facilitation of monthly induction sessions
- Monthly payroll and quarterly benefits processing
- OLA Tracker
- Conflict Resolution and Mediation.
