Job Description

• We are seeking smart and experienced female telesales executives.
• The tele sales executives who specialize in following up on already generated leads to close-up sales via phone calls.
• They call leads provided by the marketing team to ensure they follow through with their orders daily.
• The role involves holding a conversation with both potential and returning customers, informing them about their orders with us, and convincing them to go through with their orders.
• They provide both sales and customer care services, handling customer queries in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Calling potential customers from a list of leads already generated by our marketing team.
• Make sure leads that are not serious with their orders go through with it.
• Inform the leads about their delivery and answer any questions related to the products that they may have.
• Attend to and resolve customers' queries as they arise.
• Management of customers to the best to ensure repeated patronage and a happy customer experience.

Requirements

• First Degree in Marketing and other related disciplines.
• Must be done with NYSC.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales.
• Must reside on the mainland or not too far from our office.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
