Job Title: Store Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary
- We are seeking a diligent, organised, and detail-oriented Stores Officer to oversee effective stock management and stores administration across our school locations in line with approved procedures and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and stock receipts in line with purchase orders
- Ensure proper storage and preservation of materials and supplies
- Process and issue materials only against authorised requisitions
- Conduct stock taking, inventory updates, and replenishment activities
- Monitor and document stock movement and fixed asset records
- Carry out coding and identification of fixed assets
- Identify slow-moving, obsolete, or unserviceable items
- Ensure proper arrangement, cleanliness, and security of the store
- Support audits and respond to queries from Accounts, Purchasing, and Auditors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Store Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in inventory/stores management or a similar role
- Strong organisational and record-keeping skills
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems is an advantage.
