It contributes to fulfil Danone’s mission to bring health through food to as many people as possible, especially during the first 1000 days of life. We are currently present in more than 40+ African countries including Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title:  Human Resources HRBP - Operations

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

About the Job

• To partner, with the operations functions (Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain & Logistics) to deliver their objectives through attracting, developing, nurturing, and retaining talent.

About You

• Relevant master’s degree and at least 8-10 years of work experience in HR
• Strong knowledge in HR business partnering; employee relations, change management & transformation and employment law
•  Experience with HR Information Systems.
