Job Description

  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced Snr. Sales Executive to join our sales team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and leading strategic sales initiatives to achieve organizational revenue targets.
  • This role is critical to ensuring business expansion, customer retention, and sustained profitability through effective sales and relationship management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of SSCE / O-Level Certificate.
  • A bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is an added advantage.
  • 5-7 years of proven experience as a Snr. Sales Executive, specifically working in business development, strategic sales, and client relationship management.
  • Experience with sales planning, negotiation, and customer relationship management practices commonly used in structured business environments.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve assigned revenue and business growth targets.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions in line with company objectives and customer requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support effective sales planning and decision-making.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to support management reporting and business strategy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
