Job Title: Social Media Strategy & Optimization Specialist

What You’ll Do

• Own and execute multi-platform strategy (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn).
• Build data-backed content playbooks tailored to African audiences.
• Create and scale viral-ready short-form video content.
• Leverage AI tools to optimize content, workflows, and community management.
• Run A/B tests and turn insights into growth strategies.
• Drive measurable results: engagement, leads, and user acquisition.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years experience in social media, digital growth, or creative strategy.
• Experience managing multi-country (African market) accounts.
• Strong grasp of analytics, KPIs, and performance optimization.
• Skilled in tools like Canva, CapCut, and scheduling platforms.
• Creative thinker with strong Naija-centric storytelling skills.
• Bonus: Experience with paid ads (Meta, TikTok).
• Success = Growth in reach, engagement, and conversions + faster, smarter content execution powered by AI.
