Medical Sales Representative Trainee at TNL Pharmaceutical Company

Established in September 1997, TNL Pharma Limited is a member of the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Marketing Companies in Nigeria. Our Manufacturing plants are located in Lagos for both Pharmaceuticals and Neutraceuticals.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Medical Sales Representative Trainee

Location: Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibiity

• Sales of company products to retail outlets, private hospitals, Government hospitals, institutions and other prospective customers to ensure set of agreed KPIs and volume targets are achieved
• Visit hospitals, PHCs, pharmacies, private clinics, Laboratories and distributors according to planned itineraries on the sales software to promote and secure product sales .
• Develop new customers (Distributor, wholesalers, and retail outlets) and ensure commencement of business through adequate sales to meet target.
• Strictly adhere to the use of the Sales Operation Software of the company and enter all sales and demand generation activities (Sales, Visits, inventories, etc) into the system accordingly.
• Collaborate with the assigned manager to plan work schedules on weekly and monthly itineraries.
• Partake in the scheduled CME, FGM and any other demand generation activities necessary to support the business in assigned territory

Educational Qualification/Years of experience

• BSC/HND in any science or relevant courses.
• Years of experience not necessary.

Require Skill:

• Must demonstrate satisfactory desire to pursue and develop career in Medical Sales field.
• Fast Learner.
• Knowledge of basic computer use.
• Territorial knowledge of assigned region especially hospital and drug markets
• Good communication skill
• Ability to communicate in a language other than English in one or more of the assigned territories necessary.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 per month.
