Job Title: Dispatch Rider

Job Summary
- The Dispatch Rider must use the assigned motorcycle for authorized assignments only and ensure it is in good working condition.
Job Duties
- Ride the company motorcycle to carry out official duties.
- Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies related to driving to ensure the safety of both documents and motorcycles.
- Report any issues related to assigned motorcycles to the supervisor.
- Update the dispatch rider’s logbook daily with the required information.
- Ensure that the documents and particulars for the assigned motorcycle are current and valid.
- Clean the motorcycle routinely or whenever necessary.
- Conduct daily inspections of the overall condition of the assigned motorcycles and ensure they are securely locked when left unattended.
- Handle internal and external mail distribution as needed.
- Transport and receive invoices and documents quickly using the motorcycle.
- Record information such as items received and delivered.
- Sign for packages upon collection and obtain a signature from the recipient upon delivery.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for deliveries.
- Create weekly route plans and adhere to them.
- Ensure that the correct products are dispatched promptly using the motorcycle.
- Utilize a real-time app effectively as a dispatch driver.
- Ensure proper and efficient use of company tools, such as the motorcycle and sales application.
- Perform any additional duties that may be assigned from time to time.

- They promptly deliver items to staff, vendors, and clients. Additionally, the dispatch rider ensures that the company’s products are readily accessible at various locations every day.

Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an SSCE qualification with 3-4 years experience.
- Must be able to ride a motorcycle effectively and professionally.
- Availability to work on weekdays and some weekends.
- Hardworking, diligent, and possess a positive attitude.
- Must be physically fit.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Should have a mature work ethic.
