Location: Lagos

Description

• Optimizes workforce management by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting employee data from HRIS and others.

Required Qualifications & Skills 

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Statistics, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced), HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP),
• Analytical Skills: Ability to work with large data sets and use statistical techniques.
• Communication: Strong ability to present data findings.
