Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and strategic Financial Controller to join a fast-paced FMCG company.
• The ideal candidate will oversee financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, drive financial reporting accuracy, and support business growth through strong financial management and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Monitor cash flow, cost control, and profitability performance
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
• Manage audits and coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies
• Develop and maintain strong internal controls and financial processes
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
• Supervise finance team operations and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• ACA/ACCA certification is mandatory
• Minimum of 8–10years’ experience in finance/accounting, preferably within the FMCG industry
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and internal controls
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
