We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Office Assistant 

Location: Iyana Ipaja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Mode: Work 3days in the office and 2days from home

Job Summary

• We are looking for a smart and proactive Sales Assistant to help grow our customer base. The role involves calling potential customers, following up on leads, converting prospects into paying clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with potential customers daily
• Convert leads into paying customers
• Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat sales
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
• Keep proper records of calls, sales, and customer interactions
• Meet daily and weekly sales targets

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a relevant qualification and applicants must live close to Iyana Ipaja
• Good communication and persuasion skills
• Confidence in making phone calls
• Ability to work independently, especially during remote days
• Basic sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Must be reliable, organized, and result-driven.

Remuneration

• Earn up to N70,000/month!
• Basic Salary: N40,000
• Performance Bonus: N30000
